Pricing is per teammate seat, per month. A seat is one human agent who handles calls and chats. Starter is a single seat; Growth is up to 5 seats at a lower per-seat rate; Enterprise is custom for larger teams. Your AI assistants are NOT seats — build as many as you like. Usage runs on a shared monthly credit pool, and admins who only manage settings don’t use a seat.
Plan credits reset at the start of each month. If you run low, turn on auto top-up or buy a top-up pack (purchased credits roll over). A spend cap protects you from surprises.
