Terms of Service
Last updated: June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of helixcall.com and the Helix platform (the “Service”) provided by Helix (“Helix”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.
The Service
Helix is an AI contact center that lets you deploy AI voice and chat agents and route conversations to your human team across voice, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp. We may update, improve, or change features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You are responsible for the actions of teammates and agents you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law; to send spam or unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications; to violate telemarketing, calling, messaging, or do-not-call rules; to infringe others’ rights; or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record calls or message recipients in your jurisdiction.
AI-generated communications
The Service uses AI to generate voice and text responses. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for configuring your agents, reviewing their behavior, and for the communications sent from your workspace. Where you act as a controller of end-user data processed through the Service, our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy govern that processing.
Fees and billing
Paid plans and usage-based credits are billed as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Usage (such as call minutes and messages) is charged against your credit balance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for telephony, payments, identity, hosting, and integrations you connect). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software, and you own your content and customer data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use your customer communications to train third-party AI models.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
